Responsibilities
- Interacts with Directors and carries out their requests.
- Manages correspondence by answering and sorting emails.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support in printing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Manages reception area, looks after visitors, and assists colleagues whenever necessary.
- Support Purchasing Department as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory
- 2+ years’ experience Office & Administrative setting, 1+ year´s Sales Support experience.
- College diploma/University Degree or relevant field experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferable:
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Languages skills would also be considered a huge asset as we support an international customer base.
Requirements:
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm.
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Valid Canadian passport or ability to travel internationally if needed.
- Clean record, clean driver abstract, and valid driver’s license.
