Responsibilities
  • Interacts with Directors and carries out their requests.
  • Manages correspondence by answering and sorting emails.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in printing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Manages reception area, looks after visitors, and assists colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Support Purchasing Department as needed.
Qualifications

Mandatory

  • 2+ years’ experience Office & Administrative setting, 1+ year´s Sales Support experience.
  • College diploma/University Degree or relevant field experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferable:

  •  Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Languages skills would also be considered a huge asset as we support an international customer base.

Requirements:

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm.
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Valid Canadian passport or ability to travel internationally if needed.
  • Clean record, clean driver abstract, and valid driver’s license.
